Out of Stock Items:

Stock Levels Are Not Guaranteed. Most, but not all, out of stock items are noted with their date of availability. If an item you purchase is out of stock you will be notified via email. If you decide not to await the items arrival, we will issue a Full Refund.  

Typographical Errors:

Favor Workshop is not responsible for typographical mistakes in item descriptions or item price. Please contact us immediately if you feel you have found an error in one of our descriptions or prices.

Payment:

Accepted Payment Methods are Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER), PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check (Orders will be shipped out 7-10 business days after receipt of payments made with personal checks)

Returns:

We must be notified of all returns within 5 Business days from the day your order is delivered. Please contact us at Returns@FavorWorkshop.com with your request to return merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in New/Unopened Condition, NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No partial order refunds allowed, no exceptions. Absolutely No Refunds on any personalized items, sale items, edible items, chair covers, sashes, or tablecloths. Return merchandise must be returned and received within 21 Days from the day they were delivered. Once authorization has been obtained from Favor Workshop, return items must be shipped at the Buyer's Expense to:

Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Reports for any Defective on Arrival items or Mistakes in orders must be made by the Third Business day after delivery. We will Not Be Responsible for Any reports made after this period. Once authorization has been obtained from Favor Workshop, please ship defective items to the address above. We will either replace OR refund you for any Defective items. Defective items must be received within 14 Days from the Day they were delivered.

Personalized and Edible Items:

All personalized items are absolutely non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We cannot exchange or replace personalized goods that arrive damaged or defective; we can only provide a refund for these items. We suggest that you order extra pieces when ordering personalized items in case of defective items.  All edible items are absolutely non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All orders containing chocolate require purchase of both an insulated ice pack and 2nd Day Air Shipping options (for customers in locations that require more than 2 days transit time) in order to prevent melting. This is to reduce the amount of time the chocolate is in UPS transit (UPS warehouses are not air conditioned and can reach high temperatures in summer months in many areas).Favor Workshop will not be responsible for melted chocolate on orders that do not include both the insulated ice pack and 2nd Day Air Shipping.
